This was such a quick fast paced steamy romance. I have read many of the standalone books in the misadventures series and this has become one of my top favorites!
Brooks Carter is a race car driver who has worked hard to be where he is today. Nothing was handed to him, he had no family rooting him on, and now that he has a chance to make it big time he’s not going to screw it up. When he joins the Ridley Racing team his dreams seem to be coming true, but he didn’t anticipate meeting someone like Faith. Their chemistry is instant and quickly becomes more than just physical attraction. Brooks and Faith literally can’t keep their hands off each other. The sex scenes are insanely hot and intense. There’s a dressing room scene that will leave you all hot and bothered. The characters vulnerability and openness with one another also seems believable.
Chelle Bliss did a great job with these characters and the story line. It was fast paced but didn’t feel rushed. I recommend Misadventures with a Speed Demon if you are looking for a quick steamy adult romance.
